Harsh substance: 3-Me-PVP. Please take a look

Hi,(Info about the substance). Its a newly synthesised Pyrrolidino-phenone.
Info about the substance:
Trivial name: 3-Methyl-PVP
IUPAC: 1-(-3-methylphenyl)-2-pyrrolidin-1-yl-pentan-1-one
Its like alpha-pvp but with a methylgroup on the 3rd carbon position on the phenyl ring.

This batch is so much worse rearding harshness to your throat. I can barely vape it in a methpipe...

Its 100% homogenous, white fluffy powder. And htye are known for high-purity substances.
I have tried a re-x with distilled H20, but i couldnt get it back or make it crystallize. And im very skilled regarding re-x. Even the RC-vendor had issues recrystalllizing it when they were synthesising it.

I want to make it less harsh...

You're almost ready to do an A/B , just need to get that naptha, mineral spirits, kerosene ether or something non-polar. I don't know what would be best. You could run it through an e-nail/bong setup and see if that helps.
1. Get a bit wet and check the pH. It could be way off

My idea was to convert it fo freebase with NaOH and deionized water. And then add HCl 30% to make it HCl again, and then add Acetone to crash it out. Cuz I cant make HCl gas :/

Or do i need to clean the freebase before i turn it to HCl again?

You can heat HCl+H20 and as the H2O evaporates, HCl is liberated. Not the preferred method, but it's been done

I'm going to guess the base MIGHT be liquid at room temperature or a little more and would probably float and you could decant it off. Without taking anything away I have a hard time believing that neutralizing and acidifying would cause a net gain, every thing in it would just do whatever and then go back to how it was before. More or less
I would def. Shake the base with some water a time or two

best way to purify your pyro :

Dissolve in minimum 99.9 IPA (dryed beforehand) and put in frizer at -20C for 6-12h and filter, you will obtain most pure pyro you ever had, you can wash it with dry acetone on the filter too.
