Try the erowid synthesis, just type in erowid methcathinone faq, it should be the first result. I tried it with mixed results, my pills were shit for that but the synthesis works and is easy. I suggest you make meth instead though. Methcathinone isn't that great of a drug. But I understand the temptation of making it, it requires no equipment and it uses easily available ingredients, also it's relativly fast. My pills were full of some binder that messed with the final product but I managed to recrystalize the goop I got into nice white rocks using just ethanol.

Sorry, I later on suggested your topic. I am just more familiar with the erowid synthesis so I recommended it and I guessed that since the person was asking this question in the first place it would suit him more, if he's asking this question in the first place I don't think he has either the equipment or the chemicals or the skill to perform your procedure. I understand the procedure on your post is better in every aspect except the difficulty. Anyway I redact my statement.

I hope you understand why I recommended the erowid synthesis, if he didn't see your post or if he saw it and still asked the question, he probably doesn't have the equipment, chemicals or skill to do it. If he had it he wouldn't be making methcathinone anyway or he wouldn't be asking this question.
If you decide to do the synthesis I suggest you atleast clean up the pills a bit, either by washing them with acetone or by dissolving them in a solvent like ipa, I think it was povidone that made my final product look like a gum and not crystal or powder, I needed to recrystalize in ethanol and separate the rocks from the gum, I got around 2,5g of methcathinone from 3g of pseudo but it was probably less methcathinone since it is impure with a bit of KCl. If you have the equipment and the ingredients I suggest you do the synth posted by @G.Patton it will probably be much purer. Or just make it from 2bromopropiophenone.

My friend, unfortunately I don't have the equipment and I don't have that much time. I want to make it quickly from kmno4 and call it cocaine and sell it.

You can try to make it but it won't be anything like cocaine, good luck trying to fool somebody like that.

Not at all, plus even if it was that strength it still wouldn't numb you like coke so people will tell. Also this forum doesn't support this, people should know what they are buying.
