This is a review of me fake numbers fake numbers.
I am a bit crazy and paranoid, so remember that...
So, dude was nice. That is great. He offered to let me get the number first and use it and then pay him, which he did, and which I did .
I used the number to install signal on an old phone, and it worked.
HOWEVER: dude posted the code on the forum instead of a DM. I doubt anyone could figure the number or anything from that, but the timing of that info could maybe lead a hacker to know what number a code was sent to at that time from the signL servers...again, I am paranoid, but I feel his opsec could be improved.
Due to him posting that on the forum, I continued to install signal, but once it was successfully installed, I deleted it, since the number used was burned.
I feel that using a private encrypted message inside the DM, like privnote , would allow better opswc, so the phone number is not given on this site.
I feel that he is honest, but him doing this could be the hook for someone else. Also, I don't know how he does this, whether by hacking or what, so I dont know how safe it is to use a number from this site for signal, as it could be a honey trap. If someone gets a number from him, maybe make another account just for that purpose, not the account you use.
Again, this worked, although it wasn't here is the number, it is "here is the number, do your thing and I'll be waiting here with the one time password."
Which may be legit, but there's still a man in the middle.
I am paranoid, PTSD, anxiety, etc, and I could be overthinking things, and I believe if dude is hacking the numbers, and gets his opsec on point, this would be amazing, .
I still paid him the 10$, because he did what he said, even tho he slipped up...at least I can vouch that he did what he said he would do which is rare these daze
