Cash to Crypto (XMR)

Is this method safe for buying crypto using cash? ⬇⬇

BTC ATM (requires KYC) → ChangeNOW.io (it changes btc to xmr instantly to my monero wallet) NO KYC → Cake Wallet (XMR)

So basically I buy BTC using an ATM for a wallet which changenow.io gives me, and I instantly get XMR to my wallet.

But at the ATM I need to give ID, but as I read, funds will be anonymous after being exchanged for Monero.

Am I safe using this method, or do I get in trouble with authorities if I do not prove where the money comes from, which I use at the ATM?

Just tried this and it works excellent. Idk anything about having to prove where the money comes from though.

Monero makes shit invisible, with stealth addresses and ring signatures, you can look up the info on them but basically makes it impossible to know who had the money and where the money is going to.
You can say you spent your BTC on crack and it's gone, or "I got ripped off trying to buy a car with BTC" whatever, fuck the pigs,
