Spread it thin on a smooth surface (e.g. glass baking dish, mirror) and let it dry at room temperature at a well ventilated spot.

ok ventilated helps it to dry? i left it in a dish for 4 hours but it is still paste for the most part

Temperature and humidity play a big role. A thin layer becomes dry in 15 minutes on a hot summer day but it may take hours now during winter. Spread the paste thin and just wait.

You can also press it on a press and then let it dry at room temperature . When you press you see the solvent come out then you have i little wet sulphate , it will dry much more faster.
