Hello,
I’m extremely new to the world of cooking and do not have a science background. Looking to make amphetamine and I know Benzaldehyde is one of the key ingredients, which can be synthesized from bitter almond oil.
I live in the US and from what I understand, bitter almond oil is not readily available. My question is: Can bitter almond oil be extracted from regular almond extract (used for baking) from the supermarket?
I have no interest in creating a paper trail by ordering/purchasing chemicals that can’t be synthesized from everyday products available at hardware/specialty stores in the US.
Any help is greatly appreciated!!
