How to crystallize or paste my speed powder please help me

Hello, I bought a speed that is pure powder however it has an effect it is very annoying because there are traces on the nose. Could someone give me a recommendation to make it water-soluble like those that are a paste. Thank you brothers.

You snort speed here in the UK some add vodka couple drops and make it into paste
