Do you know if 4-aco-dmt freebase is soluble in ethyl acetate and if yes how many mg/ml ?
and is ethyl acetate a nice solvent to dissolve a mix of psilocin freebase & acetic anhydride (1,1mol e.q) & sodium acetate (0,1 mol e.q) ( acetylation process of psilocin —> 4-aco-dmt)
maybe for better yield performing acetylation process under influence of nitrogen ballon to reduce oxidation and humidity ) -> then after acetylation neutralize tensing acetic anhydride with water to the ethyl acetate (which contains acetic anhydride & Psilocin freebase & sodium acetate Then adding a bit sodium hydroxide to pH 10 and then extracting 4aco dmt freebase again (should hopefully end in ethyl acetate layer/phase). Then drying ethyl acetate with sodium sulfate and then rotary evoporation to obtain 4aco dmt freebase.
Then dissolving in hot acetone (jar 1) und also dissolve the right amount of fumaric acid in acetone (jar 2). Then mixing (jar 1 and 2) and stirr for a few mins on a magnetic stirrer and then rotary evaporation to obtain 4-aco-dmt fumarate ( for long term storage free from humidity/light/oxygen & maybe in the refrigerator ) what do you think ?
