Teofilina 10 mmol
Hidróxido de sodio 10-20 mmol
aliquat-336 0,6 mmol
1,2-dicloroetano 10-20 ml
Y el otro punto aquí, ¿lo dejas a una temperatura determinada?

Literalmente, basta con mezclarlos. Te lo simplificaré, si quieres una solución al 4% coge 100ml de tu alchol y añádele 3,6ml de alcohol. asume que el 1% de concentración es 0,9 en 100ml y no tendrás problemas.
