First off sorry but that's not good way to germinate the seed...take the towel out of zip lock,use wet paper towel but don't keep it in closed space like zip lock. do this,never use fresh tap water....let the water rest for already 12 to 24 hours,i always do that & that is because there is chlorine in tap water so by waiting for already 12 hours clorine will evaporate....do the same thing before watering plants....this way you can make bio soil....if u water the plant immmediatly chlorine will kill all good micro organisms in the soil. Second always use good soil plus vermiculite & perlite....watch not to water to much...drainage is very important....if you can try to collect rain when it rains because rain is acidic,which weed likes very much....buy yourself soil tester that shows ph level....weed loves when ph is between i think from 6.5 to 7.5....always buy good soil....i would recommend buying good led grow lamp....today they are not expensive,they don't heat up so much as hps lamp....& not to forget it is better to order good quality seeds....feminized or automatic....automatic seeds grow very fast but don't give so much weed as feminized seeds do. You will get most weed from hps lamps but then you will have to buy good ventilator for heat,& it is more expensive to grow with hps lamp. Led lamps are cheap plus they don't use much power....buy yourself good led light with about 2000 watts...but they will only use about 200 watts....in the beggining watch how close lamp is to plant....later on you can put lamp closer to the plant....seeds mafia is best place for ordering high quality seeds....feminized or automatic...they got bunch of different strains....top 3 for me are jack herrer,blue dream & white widow or northern lights
