Outside of a big wave of fentanyl hitting europe, what might happen? Can the Wa state (burmese narco state) replace Afghanistan, also if they do will they actually be producing opium or do you guys think they will start producing fentanyl instead? I was thinking it woudnt be too hard for them to get fentanyl precursor from China due to proximity.
